Mother Russia comes to Dallas – 32 original Russian oils surveying Proto- Socialist Realism (1917-1932), Socialist Realism (1932-1941) and Working-Class Impressionism (1960-1971).  Everyday life in Russia is portrayed – field and factory,

Church and synagogue, school and home by artists including:  Bazhenkov, Chulovich, Shapaev and Soloyvev among others.  “Art for the People” showcased in “Russia – Four Seasons” – a painterly display of Russia at its rawest.
